Our video podcast is available on spotify and youtube and can be listened to with or without video! Episodes feature mental health specialists and aim to inspire students to support each other. Additionally, episodes include disscussions and information about common mental health concerns correlated with anxiety in teens, exploring how mental health should be protected the same or even more than physical wellbeing.

Episode 1: Using Self-Awareness and Positivity Against Anxiety
In this podcast, we talk to our mentor, Dr. Courtney Sanders on her views on anxiety and the stigma surrounding the issue. We discuss how anxiety can debilitate individuals and cause them to stop doing what they enjoy.
Dr. Sanders is a licensed psychologist and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of North Texas, after completing an APA-accredited internship at VA North Texas Health Care System. Her clinical interests including anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, and problems of young adulthood.
