Stressful Situation
Recently, I’ve been extremely busy with school work for nearly all of my classes that caused me a lot of stress. Being forced to find time for my school work and extracurricular activities made it difficult for me to relax. However, I discovered that my anxiety only worked my ability to function, leading to more paranoia and fear. As a result, I focused on not concerning myself with what I couldn’t control, while also not worrying too much over something that could be fixed. Stressing over things was not something I enjoyed, so I attempted to eliminate the anxiety with either a distraction or productivity. Overall, I found myself performing better in my school work while also maintaining a positive mindset.
